Road Team for '06, and Cross Racing

On Saturday, I went down to Boulder to do a team ride with a road team I am considering joining for next season (Free Agent Racing is meant to be solely a mountain bike team). Things went well, and they seem to be a great group of guys and good racers. I'd have to say that they are on the top of my list, but I'll wait to disclose the team name until I make my final decision.
Later in the day, because I was in the area, I went and watched a cyclocross race in Denver. This was the first time I had ever seen a 'cross race. I have been considering racing 'cross for some time now, but I wanted to at least see a race before I jumped in. Having seen the equipment and technique involved, I have something to work on for the next year. I need to build a bike and practice the high speed mount/dismount before I'll feel comfortable racing.
